We do not collect payment information, location data, or any tracking cookies at this stage.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Reviewing your early access application and deciding on cohort placement.
  • Sending you an access invite, onboarding information, or a status update.
  • Communicating product updates, major releases, and roadmap changes.
  • Improving the product based on aggregated, anonymised feedback patterns.

We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Dreamstack product.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may use minimal third-party tools (such as email delivery services) to communicate with you — these tools process your email address solely to deliver our messages and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your application data for as long as necessary to manage the early access programme. If you are not accepted or the programme ends, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless you have opted in to receive future product updates.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data at any time ("right to be forgotten").
  • Unsubscribe from all communications at any time via the link in any email we send.

Cookies

The Dreamstack Labs landing page does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools at this stage. This may change when the full product launches, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Any material changes will be communicated by email to all waitlist members and reflected here with an updated date.
