Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dreamstack Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist applicants, and early access users.

Early Access & Pre-Launch Status

Dreamstack Labs is currently in a pre-launch, early access phase. This means:

• The product is not fully complete and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Early access does not guarantee continued access after the public launch.
• We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access at any time during this phase.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Dreamstack Labs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service to build or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of Dreamstack's proprietary systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or project when applying for early access.
• Share your early access credentials with unauthorized parties.

Intellectual Property

All code, design, documentation, and content produced by Dreamstack Labs and Dreamstack Tech remain the intellectual property of Dreamstack Tech unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Code and templates delivered to early access users as part of the product are licensed for use in your own projects. You own what you build with Dreamstack. You do not own Dreamstack's underlying system or tooling.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Dreamstack Tech is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service during the early access period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamstack Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members or posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
